Millet porridge with mango and fresh berries



INGREDIENTS

  • Cooked millets- 1/2 cup
  • Almond milk or Coconut milk- 1 cup
  • Honey- 2 tsp
  • Fresh Mango- 1 whole
  • Fresh Mixed berries- 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts- 5 pieces whole

METHOD

Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Add the cooked millets and cook it, until a creamy texture is formed. Remove it from the pan and transfer it into a serving bowl. Cool it down and refrigerate it for 2 hours. Serve it with honey, chopped fresh mango, mixed berries and walnuts.
